terrible customer and billing services. cash only they won't take your card. lots of hidden fees they are not upfront for. and when rescheduling they say it is fine and they will charge you later. I wouldn't go here.
I had a bunch of tests that I never got the physical results for. They told me the results were normal which I believe but my primary care physician doesn't believe me. My pcp told me to see another and get them redone. Like- another couple thousand of dollars in an autoimmune panel, bc they don't have their data system together. When I log into the patient portal that I've been checking periodically since I had the tests, it says "no results available". This practice seems to be too busy to assist their own patients. I have been with them for five months, when I needed assistance, I called twice during business hours, the receptionist was rude and I never did get a call back from nurse or Dr.
