Ian, Heath and Danen were all great. Called them to check out my crawlspace after a home inspection, and they came out the next day to check it out, and the work was done a week later at a very reasonable price. Perfect service since I was trying to get it done quickly with selling our house. Thank you!
We had a flooding issue in our basement. Heath & Danen were here quickly and removed the water, set up dehumidifiers and fans to dry things up. Came back each day to check on the progress. They helped to make the entire situation much less stressful!!!

We had a leak in our basement and called NWR. Ian came out within a hour and assessed the damage. He was so professional and polite. He suggested everything we should do and also gave options. Hopefully we don’t have another problem but if we do we will definitely call Northwest Restoration again.
Great company, came out fast to give us a free inspection after our sewer backed up. They were honest and said that there wasn’t any damage they needed to take care of. They sprayed the space that was contaminated and left. Really appreciate them not leading us on just to make money.
