Oxygen equipment is archaic. If you go to Fairview get oxygen for home use thru them - they have much more modern and portable equipment. You will be locked in to a five year contract due to Medicare rules.

5 weeks since my mom passed. I've called 3 time and no one has come to collect the oxygen machine and tanks. I'm worried that this is a scam to make us pay to either get rid of said items or pay FOR them. It shouldn't take OVER A MONTH to get someone to come take these thing away. Oxygen tanks are full since the refill was recent so they could be given to something else. It hurts to have these things in my home anymore since she's gone.

I cannot praise your drivers enough they are personable , caring , and very patient . I did how ever have a very unpleasant experience with one of your operators , I felt as though she didn’t have time to listen to my order , resulting in the wrong size tanks being delivered . Also when I tried to order hosing and supplies she did not wait for me to say what was needed , her response was “ I’ll get it ordered right away” and then hung up without knowing what I wanted or needed .
