I cannot praise your drivers enough they are personable , caring , and very patient . I did how ever have a very unpleasant experience with one of your operators , I felt as though she didn’t have time to listen to my order , resulting in the wrong size tanks being delivered . Also when I tried to order hosing and supplies she did not wait for me to say what was needed , her response was “ I’ll get it ordered right away” and then hung up without knowing what I wanted or needed .
Terrible service and communication with trying to order home oxygen therapy for elderly residents
They bring my son his oxygen tanks. Always professional and friendly. Brought tanks to our hotel room and took empty ones.
Knowable staff great customer service they deliver on time every time. If you need meds supplies like oxygen, sleep app or any other kind of equipment please seek them you will be glad you did.
