Rude staff both in person and on the phone. Poor communication, dirty equipment, and most in poor repair. And forget about getting anything fixed. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
Called to inquire about an accessory for my oxygen go next. The lady on the phone was a complete snob. You could tell she didn't want to engage in the conversation. If the company doesn't provide products for the public , then they should say so on their web page. I'm not sure who you are, lady, but you are in the wrong line of work if you're a customer service agent. I'm sorry you're having a bad day.
