I am a property owner on Dove Lane surrounded by Karl Peterson properties. They are terribly managed with possibly fraudulent leases. Homes that are disgusting and occupied by people who may not have been screened with neither credit check nor background check. One of the employees named TJ was just shot at midnight on a nearby street- apparently the victim of a drug deal gone bad? Don't rent from this apparently white supremacist slumlord. His houses aren't worth it.

I rented a house from Northwest Rental Mgt. owned by Carl Petersen. I was moving across the country, so I rented it sight unseen. Within a day of moving in I found the house to be horribly infested with fleas. When I said I wanted to move out the property managed insisted I pay 3 months rent. I refused so they started eviction proceedings and a suit in small claims court. I left the house immediately and filed against them in small claims court to get the money back that I had paid them.
