great culinary school for the Portland metro area. really got a lot out of the programs offered here. hands on training really means hands on, we got to work right away on cooking and learning culinary arts. the teachers were were all very helpful and friendly. all in all a great experience for anyone who wants culinary training in Portland or Vancouver. 5 stars
