Looking for residential inspection which you guys don't do so the Mary Stokes review makes no sense. This 5 star review averages her random review to a 3 star. Some balance to the world is now restored.
Our heating unit quite on Dec. 7th, Northwest Refrigeration sent Greg, for the next month and a half he came 5 times making guesses at what was wrong. Charging us $678.00($162 per hour) and our heater stir didn't work. We called Helms Air, they came fixed what NW messed up and replaced the Motherboard and now we have had heat since. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON NORTHWEST REFRIGERATION. ALL THEY DO IS MAKE YOU THINK THEIR FIXING THE PROBLEM AND BILL OUTRAGES PRICES!!!
I didn't expect that the owner would call me and explain what's going on. Respect. Good experience!
