I like my apartment and management is nice, which I would give a higher rating for that, but there is an ongoing issue which is the reason to why I give only 1 star. The apartment complex is supposed to be a non-smoking property, but people still continue to smoke on the property, as well as in their apartment, which continually gets into my apartment, even heavily at times as if they were in my apartment smoking. This Company owns many low income property's in Montana. There is one property Sage Towers that is a low income hud property for the elderly and disabled. It has been infested with Bed bugs and cock roaches for well over a year. Nothing has been done and now care givers won't go in the building. Sparring has been the bandaid applied. This needs serious Attention by professional pest control. The most efficient way to truly kill the bugs is heat treatment. Ladonna at Tradewinds is unhelpful and rude. I have been there several times and she is always the same brand of moody, lazy and incompetent. I dont enjoy being treated poorly when I am contracted to do work for someone.
No matter how desperate you are for housing DO NOT rent from this company!!! I have lived here for five years. Seen four managers come and go. The most recent was the worst. Its supposed to be based on income, well last April I was Diagnosed with Giant Cell Arteritis that has attacked my heart. I now have conjestive heart failure with a function of 40 percent.
