The nepotism is unbelievable. Had no support for the first 4 months, they threaten their staff, they don't take responsibility when they fail (instead blame everyone else)... they lie about supporting and make excuses (and your not allowed the same)... they don't allow you to have an opinion. supervisors were rarely available with the excuse that they have a lot of other properties (but your not allowed excuses) in fact, they'll throw you under the bus.
