I have personally watched a property called Trailwinds Apartments on 42nd Street in Garden City take many turns and its sad because my opinion or other don't seem to be a concern within the Corporate Office. It's sad to watch a respected manager with an outstanding portfolio in the treasure valley take one of the most challanged complex with poor reporting history give their heart to peoples needs focusing on developing an outstanding residents and a safe and optional place to live while minimizing police involvement .
