Waited for two hours for a “walk in” xray while staff enjoyed their lunch.

Whoever answers the phone here is very rude, unwilling to help or answer questions if you don’t like your job don’t take it out on patients please. Apparently CT machine there is owned by Urology of Indiana, she proceeds to tell me my test is somewhere else due to this. I then have to call my doctor to confirm that my test is INDEED at this facility.
