I had my first mammogram and was called back for an ultrasound. It turned into needing a biopsy. They staff was AMAZING! The ladies assisting were so gentle and kind. Thank you for taking care of me!
Walk-in availability for annual mammogram was quick, efficient. Clean, modern, professional facility. Staff and technician are welcoming and explained everything very well. Prices are clearly posted/visible in lobby. Results are sent to my physician. Extra care for comfort: warmed exam gown, dressing room with lockers for personal items. Highly recommend!
I recently had a tremendous experience with Amber and Emily at Northwest Radiology. I was a walk-in appointment; however, did not realize that my arrival was only 10 minutes before they typically close. In addition, because I am a new patient, it took a few extra minutes to complete paperwork and they could not have been more patient and professional! Very helpful and caring
After a routine mammogram a small mass was found. They got me very quickly for an ultrasound that warranted a biopsy that was scheduled within days. Everything with the biopsy was comfortable and the staff top notch. I was extremely pleased with the timeliness, kindness and efficiency of their office. Good news was it was a benign mass, but I will definitely use them for my next routine mammogram.
