I've paid my medical bill and they sent the same bill with a different date for me to pay AGAIN. Checked my account and yep, said I never paid it. Tried calling during business hours to have this resolved and of course their phones are shut off and you have to leave a message and maybe they will get back to you. Other options? Oh, you can pay that same bill again with a robot operator or on billbridge. But just know we might send that same bill again and ignore your calls. 🤭
