Negligent office staff to say the least, many lapses in my medication due to error or lack of effort, don’t answer or return phone calls, extremely rude and condescending. I moved from Nashville and had no issues with medications or responsiveness there, so it’s not a population issue. Shame because Dr. Kalyan is great.

I explained my symptoms, and all them are while I'm awake. The doctor kept saying I had sleep apnea, and had me go for a sleep test and everything. Then when I read his notes he didn't get any of my stuff right. He said I had 6 cats and 4 dogs in the house lol which I don't I have 3 dogs and 1 cat. He also put that I told him I didn't have chest pains, when I clear as day told him I did. It all felt rushed and like he didn't care to listen closely enough. I asked my PCP to refer me to a different pulmonologist.

They didn't bill the total amount for multiple appointments so they kept saying I owed for an appointment that I'd already paid for and had the receipts for. My insurance actually sent me a letter saying to check that they weren't double-billing. Every... read more

Poor communication, felt rushed by the doctor. I’m after the wait time to receive my results and the office wont return my messages or calls. I regret coming here as they made an already stressful medical situation worse with added stress.

Dr. Madhu Kalyan is SO rude! (He's the owner so any replies to this are automated and he doesn't gaf) Don't waste your time seeing this money hungry joke of a physician! First initial appointment from when Dr K. Walked in took less than 2 minutes! I was lucky to be able to ask 2 questions! At my second follow up appt to go over the results of rhe sleep study, I requested a little more time to speak with the Dr. This time it took 3 minutes max before he rushed me out!! I waited an hr to see him. ...Still extremely rushed, ver... read more
