After having a sleep apnea test done I was billed for $168.00 (after insurance discount) BUT they would not release the results of my test unless I returned for a follow-up appointment. Nobody picks up the phone! Ever!! This facility has to be investigated!!
I saw the nurse practitioner to get a new CPAP machine in early September, 2025, and had an appointment in late October to see her again and get my new Apap-CPAP machine. I am elderly and handicapped. When I showed up there was no CPAP and was told they had no record of a prescription or order for the machine. I requested my Visa card be credited $25.00 for the copay since I had received no goods or services. I also requested a paper copy of that refund.
