Horrible communication and unreliable with appointments.
I tried for over a year and s half to get an overpayment back and it was like pulling teeth. I don't think Dr. Kannar is ever on the premises. Dr. Nepomuceno in McHenry has a second office somewhere. He has 30+ years of experience and is a very nice man
Tried to make an appointment during business hours, but their recorded message said they were closed. I had also been charged a "returning patient" fee for not going back to check in within a year. Update: They texted me a few days later asking if I wanted to make an appointment. Sleep medicine is a racket anywhere you go.
I agree with other commenters regarding the staff and practice. Staff is very nice, but you never hear from a doctor after your initial visit and they push medical supplies you may not need. I had a frustrating experience trying to get a backup CPAP machine. They ordered it, said it had arrived, but that they were scheduling a month out. On the day of my appointment a month later, I get a message canceling the appointment because they didn't have a CPAP machine. Huh? I thought it had arrived?
