Didn’t have a pleasant experience with a Psychologist who may or may not be the owner of this clinic. It was 2019, I was 14 and struggling. As it was my first time seeing a psychologist, I didn’t know how it all worked and thought what I was experiencing was normal behaviour. This woman would yap the entire session about her daughter, about her husband, literally whatever about her life and there would be sessions where I would not speak at all about myself. Policy is 5min late, your appointment is cancelled and charged rates, but if you can get past the rudness and unprofessionalism at the front counter with Michelle, good luck waiting your turn, got told to come back 3 hours later!!!! Or wait your turn. All to get an excuse of the traffic. Wow! I'm shocked of the receptionist behaviour everytime.

My experience with the psychologists and staff here has been amazing. They want to help find and address whatever could be holding you back, instead of only telling you what could work, working WITH you to help you. Best in the west !
