We moved into our house a little over a year ago. Prior to this house, we had never been on propane heat so it was a bit of a learning curve for us. When I first called to move the service into our names, I told them we were new to this. They didn't offer any education or tips on how it works. We nearly ran out of propane once (my fault) and when I called to see if I could pay for an emergency fill, the lady was extremely rude and told me absolutely not because that punishes those that actually remembered to call for a fill ... read more
We just lost our power at our house for about 6 days and NW Propane was very quick to come refill our tanks since our generator was running off the propane. They have always been responsive in the last year that we have been using them. Highly recommend

I want to say thank you to NW propane for always being there for us. We almost ran out of propane this morning and she told me the soonest would be tomorrow. They are here 44 minutes later with propane! Thank you for always taking care of us through the years and especially today. We've worked with other propane companies. This one is #1. Always the cheapest and great customer service.
These guys are great at the Mt. Vernon location at NW propane. My regulator on my propane tank was acting up, we had no hot water;) They came the very next day and replaced it. Family is happy. Thank you again!
