I've been waiting since dr. Diaz left feb 2025 to establish visit with dr.stephanie sparks. It was set for July 17. I got a reminder today n got cut off before I could C. I called office n was told I'm seeing Kimberly Moss, sparks is out of office. I said I wasn't informed. She said a message was sent to me. I never got a message. She said I have a scheduled appt in Feb 2026...I'm so upset, I could chew nails!!!! 😫
These awful reviews have nothing to do with the doctors who actually care for their patients here & more to do with the fact primary care doctors are in short supply these days and/or leaving the specialty in droves. There’re going to be major inconveniences as a result. While I feel for those people who are having to figure out prescriptions, suffering from chronic illnesses, etc it’s not a problem that’s specific to this office. It’s nationwide. Its really hard to get an appointment, Some of the medical assistants are rude.
My family has been going to this practice for years and our primary was Dr. Diaz. Dr. Diaz was in and out and has now left the practice completely. We had to all get established with new Dr's. My husband and I are both on meds, but couldn't get in to see anyone for over 6 months. I had some medical issues that popped up and still could not get in to see anyone since I was not established with the remaining Dr's. All our medical records were there. Scheduled a new patient appointment in July for December. That was the soonest. Receptionist gives me all the paperwork to fill out then calls me back up to tell me they can’t see me because they only scheduled me for a 15 minute appointment instead of a 30 minute appointment. She says they can reschedule me for April. Place is a joke!!
