Scheduled a new patient appointment in July for December. That was the soonest. Receptionist gives me all the paperwork to fill out then calls me back up to tell me they can’t see me because they only scheduled me for a 15 minute appointment instead of a 30 minute appointment. She says they can reschedule me for April. Place is a joke!!

This is probably the worst experience that I have ever had! I was notified that the physician that I was seeing has left. I was given another physician and talked to whoever does scheduling for NW Physicians. They told me they could set an appointment for Jan 23. This was several months that I had to wait. Went in today and was told that I had no appointment as this one was for Jan 23 2023!! I never made an appointment a year ago. I must travel 40+ miles to get there. Don't Waste your time & money. Cigna website shows great reviews with all doctors. Do yourself a quick search of doc's... they all have bad reviews.
