I recently saw a Nurse Practitioner at this location. During each visit (I’ve seen her twice), she has been unkind, dismissive, and unwilling to help or offer meaningful solutions to the health issues I’ve brought up. She has not shown any warmth or friendliness, which makes an already stressful doctor’s visit even more uncomfortable. If you are looking for a caring, helpful, and understanding provider, I would not recommend her based on my experience.
I only go here as a last resort
This place us the absolute worst. If I had a choice I would go elsewhere. They never return calls and especially Dr. Wu. He is arrogant and uneducated.
Told my son’s initial appointment was a physical/establish care. Brought physical paperwork 2 weeks later to be filled out for school sports. Was told he needed another appointment and got offered an appointment in April, which would be when the season is over. There are never appointments available under 2-3 months out.
Cancelled my appointment 2 hours before I was supposed to go in. Took the day off of work for this. They have been rescheduling me since November! Finally was able to get in and NOW they can’t get me in until May?? Ridiculous!
