I'm giving 5 star because I've never had an issue with this care center and it does not deserve 2.7 stars. The ladies are great, receptionists are great, and so are nurses and Dr.Parmar. Having 6 brain surgeries I've received all the care and follow up I needed and what I asked for was given to me in forms of recommendations or referrals.
I’m very disappointed, I live about 40 mins from the clinic , I showed up 5 mins late ,I had checked in on line, I have my paper sing in and dated at home, I was ready for my appointment front desk old women told me to reschedule, not fear First time not even chance to meet the doctor? Not coming back ,, I fell discriminated .
I would not recommend this company for your women's health services. They are unwilling to help out their patient's in any way. The office said they took my insurance and come to find out they didn't take my insurance. This falls on me as the patient. I asked for a discount to pay off the bill in full or to apply for financial assistance. They don't do either. Then I ask to setup a small auto amount payment plan. Their program won't allow this and I would have to manually pay each month versus an auto pay. This office refuse... read more
