Northwest Pools was hired to repair my pool. One of the repairs was faulty and caused significant damage. The owner and service tech, Mr. Bill ********, acknowledged the faulty repair and damages and stated "he will make it right". After I provided documentation of the damage, Mr. ******** eventually did not respond to numerous calls, texts, or emails requesting reimbursement. I am writing you to let you know how thrilled my family and I are with our "New" pool. I could not have imagined such a transformation was possible. Your crews are just the best and worked incredibly hard to complete our project right on schedule. The stacked rock coping and Pebble tec are amazing. Considering all of the work that was done I was able to swim within 2 weeks after they started! I love the Pebble finish and so does everyone who sees it. I would like to thank Bill for the oversight he gave our pool renovation! Our outdated pool was in much need of help and Bill from Northwest Pools made it easy walking us through The whole process and answering any question we had, no matter how silly! Thanks again, we look forward to having our pool maintained by you guys!
Northwest pools remodeled my pool , They saved me thousands of dollars by eliminating unnecessary work. $ 1000 on skimmers alone, everybody else wanted to replace them although only the bad piping needed to be replaced. They are always on time for my weekly maintenance and pool is always crystal clear. I have gone through a dozen different pool companies and this is the first one I don't have anything bad to say about.
