Jason Stafford in the last week Could not fix my pump and the diagnosis given to fix it was wrong. So ended up paying $120 for bad advice. I commend them for trying but shouldn't be charged for a false diagnosis. Ended up looking on line and fixing the pump myself. Won't call them again for service.
Having the ability to leave feedback for great companys is nice , northwest pool is one of the few companies that take pride in what they do ..... Honest & fair , real straight forward & they do not sell u something you don't need... Very recommended.
