I paid to have my filter cleaned. Your man did not remove the cartridges to inspect and clean them. He used the hose and washed them IN THE FILTER. This is not the correct way to clean the filter. Very disappointed with this service B Welton. This was done 2 months ago and the pressure on the filter continues to run high unless I backwash every week
We had a major problem with our pool after we had a palm tree cut down next to it and the landscaping service left the pool full of debris and sawdust. We never thought it could be fixed without draining the pool and starting over, but Northwest Pool Care worked incredibly hard, sending someone by daily to check on the progress and adding more chemicals as needed.
