One of the best labs in the country for this podiatrist. It's normal to have adjustments need to be made sometimes. The polypropylene inside of the orthotic will outlast all of us, but the cloth topcover needs replacing every 2-3 years. Or...take all layers off and slip the actual orthotic under the shoe liner and off to the races.

Terrible inserts! Paid $575 for them, had to send them back, wanting them to take off the "high heels" which caused veins to break along both feet above toes and on my shin on one of the legs. Also needed better arch. So the doctor sent them back, I wait a month to get them again, they didn't take the extra layer of heels off (2 layers on both) and put what feels like half an orange, same size in both inserts. My feet are different and I am now wearing one new insert and one of my old inserts on the other foot. Also, I had t... read more
