They recommended Afordable Plumbing to us when we had our cabin built. The worker at Affordable Plumbing was rude, slow, and charged us thousands above the quote he gave us. He knew we were in a bind, time wise, and took advantage of us. He did a good job, but totally ripped us off. We trusted him and he had one excuse after another to not show up. A three day job turned into 3 months. We really think he was working on the side with all his company's equipment.

The counter person, liberty, is rude and unhelpful. I've stopped going to NW even if it means an extra 2hrs of travel time... The only positive about this location is that the showroom is a time capsule into 1993, never updated, so it's a bit nostalgic.
I usually dont review companies but this encounter at this store was unbelievably rude, and will rank in my top 10 of bad experiences. The women behind the counter was not helpful at all and on top of it had an awful attitude. I felt like I was imposing on her to ask a few questions, and then when I asked about contractors, she said: "I would NOT trust anyone around here" and had no input for anyone local.
