On 8-4-25 Plumber Edgardo Pelaez Miller is a great person, very nice, friendly and very customer service person. He took care of the problem and I no longer have the water leak on my bathroom sink. The company should have a lot of workers like him.
Super rude lady that answers the phone every single time I call. SUPER rude and many people in my neighborhood have reported this but nothing has been done. You should not work in customer service if you do not have customer service skills! They also never call you back you have to keep calling them and getting this rude lady and nobody ever calls you back! Today 1/24/24 a phone rep reached out to me from their office in Mableton Georgia to schedule repairs to my laundry room where water is coming up through the floor of that section of the house a bedroom, hallway, and utility closet. A section of the wall showed wet marks and was getting mold obvious signs of a leaking pipe, The phone rep told me they could not come out before the next 6 days because it's not an emergency because their schedule was tight best they could do if there is a cancellation they'll squeeze me in. she... read more
