We have had a good experience with the NPE. Recently, one of the pieces broke after seven years of extensive use. I contacted the company to order a replacement. The representative was polite and communicative from the start. She made sure to see whether the part was under warranty, which I totally forgot about. Eventually, we got the replacement free of charge. We are happy with the service and the equipment!
