Of the equipment I have run across here in the PNE by NWPlayground equipment, it's all awful. Not conducive to play for kids, and easily breakable. The designs are great I guess for selling to municipalities, as they are striking. The lack of thought into anything but looks is terrible for a playground. Their zip line in particular has parts that wear quickly and break easily.
Great Family-owned business that really supports the community and its goals. Thinks about every aspect of the playground and how every child has chance to interact with it. Customer service is the number one priority for them and making sure the project goes smoothly every time.
This is a great local company that builds exciting and engaging ADA playgrounds!
Sorry but NPE is a very shady business ! They have mastered bait and hook ! Pricing is "almost criminally" deceiving !
I do not recommend Northwest Playground Equipment. I'm a Board member for a homeowners association that has purchased hundreds of thousands of dollars of equipment from Northwest Playground Equipment, and every order have been nothing short of a struggle. The biggest concern that I have is the excessive amount of e-mails it takes to accomplish simple jobs.
