Parked all alone in the evening, checked in when the gate opened in the morning. Got skipped by someone who seems familiar with the loading crew. Not OK from that trucker's side and not OK from shipper to disrespect the queue. It was Friday and I was heading home, no big deal for me at the time but overall this is what we DON'T do in this industry out of respect for everyone. 1* Staff overall seems nice and efficient. 5*
One of my all time favorite places to load. The guys are always friendly and even act like they are happy to see me. Loading is done well and they even pull your tarp over the load. It’s a smooth running setup no matter how busy it gets. I never hear any badmouthing about the job or anything. The guys are always professional and helpful. Watch that one loader guy though, he seems to like to scrape the base of his forks across your deck. I don’t like that.
