severe and ongoing noise disturbance from Northwest Pipe Company located at 351 Longhorn Rd. The facility produces loud, constant beeping and banging sounds that persist late into the night, often until 3:00 AM. Although I have attempted to resolve this directly with a company representative (Les), the promised mitigation efforts have not been fulfilled. Northwest pipe is a good company. But they are not aware of the management they have controlling there business. Many workers complain but are afraid to speak up for themselves. Kenneth Black is the worst person I have ever worked under and I put up with so much because I needed the job because I have a family to feed and the benefits are great there, but for the position he is in you would think he treats his workers with respect but he will look at you up and down like your trash, worthless and don’t mean nothing to the co... read more
