I was treated well. Therpy went well.
I’ve had a great experience with Northwest Physical Therapy! Everyone there is so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The staff really takes the time to listen and makes you feel comfortable throughout the entire process. They are knowledgeable, encouraging, and truly care about helping you improve. I would definitely recommend Northwest Physical Therapy to anyone needing physical therapy.
Thought they were out of business at first. Parking lot run down and empty. Sign out front broken/missing. Located in an otherwise empty strip mall between a vape/dope shop and McDonalds. See photo. Office staff insisted on copayment though the out-of-pocket was clearly met (we were there for surgical follow up) and we had hospital receipt showing the out-of-pocket paid in full. Totally inflexible over a minor amount. I would only recommend this "business" if you want a Happy Meal or some vape from next door.
Nice environment. The staff are great. From check-in through the therapy sessions.
