What was a wonderful experience, turned extremely unprofessional and sour. I was seen by Cathy for hand therapy, as I had a stairwell fall in 2022 and have been recovering from the injury. I subsequently developed carpal tunnel from the prolonged stress on my neck, having been referred by my most trusted clinicians. My experience with "Marti" has been wonderful. I had surgeries on my right shoulder and my left knee, which was challenging in so many ways, but Marti has worked with me to make me better. She is professional, courteous, kind, thoughtful and respectful along with making me better after a very long and painful recuperation.
