I could not be more pleased with the service and attention I received from Northwest Physical Therapy. My in home therapist Amber who really helped me get moving those first few weeks. Then on to the Bluffton location with Hannah and Beth who literally finished me off. All of these therapists were so professional, kind, motivating, knowledgeable and absolutely fun to be around. The therapists all were very helpful and did an amazing job getting me thru therapy and regaining strength and mobility after my knee replacement.
The recovery process was challenging at times but therapy played a crucial role in my success!I I was impressed by the staff and the care and encouragement they provided.
Hannah and Beth are great. They are very knowledgeable about what issues you’re having. They’re very good at creating a care plan and helping you feel your best. Jolinda is fantastic to deal with for scheduling. Everything is always taken care of before I even sit down after signing the check in sheet. Everyone at this facility is very courteous and truly care about you as an individual.
