Have been a loyal customer here for years, always when I try a new product for my dogs or cat they state if it doesn't work - just bring it back and we will refund you... Well I guess they honestly don't mean what they say.. I took back some cat food since it made my cat sick. Her comment was can't take it back it's not in the original bag... Don’t go there expecting to wash your dog!!! I went to go use the self-serve dog wash and the girl asked if I had an appointment and I said no, and she said that they were too busy. My husband had dropped me off and he went to the car wash so I ended up sitting outside for 30 minutes and not a single solitary person showed up at the dog. This place obviously doesn’t care about customer service!
