I had a wonderful experience there with the staff who is very helpful and helped me to get the things I needed. They were quite knowledgeable about the parents they had which is important to me before making a selection. I highly recommend this Northwest pets?.

Came in to get food/food advice for our new 4 month old puppy Rue and Mallory helped guide us with what we needed and any combinations available to us. Frenchies have lots of important diet and health considerations which gets overwhelming and complex. But Mallory also knew exactly what to do. All the store staff were really nice! Thank you so much for the help and we will be back!

We received a flyer in the mail about an adoption pack from Northwest Pets, so I decided to call for more information. The process sounded simple and straightforward, so I went in. The three staff members (Nick, Jenna, and Noah) were incredibly helpful. They took the time to walk me through everything included in the adoption pack and offered thoughtful recommendations.
