I had a wonderful experience yesterday when I brought my two Labradors in for a bath. Eric was incredibly kind and made sure the tub was spotless before we got started. I only waited about five minutes while he finished cleaning it, and although I wasn't in any hurry and appreciated knowing the tub was clean for my pups, he insisted on giving me a discount because it wasn't ready when I arrived. I had a wonderful experience there with the staff who is very helpful and helped me to get the things I needed. They were quite knowledgeable about the parents they had which is important to me before making a selection. I highly recommend this Northwest pets?.
Came in to get food/food advice for our new 4 month old puppy Rue and Mallory helped guide us with what we needed and any combinations available to us. Frenchies have lots of important diet and health considerations which gets overwhelming and complex. But Mallory also knew exactly what to do. All the store staff were really nice! Thank you so much for the help and we will be back!
