We received a flyer in the mail about an adoption pack from Northwest Pets, so I decided to call for more information. The process sounded simple and straightforward, so I went in. The three staff members (Nick, Jenna, and Noah) were incredibly helpful. They took the time to walk me through everything included in the adoption pack and offered thoughtful recommendations. It's a nice, clean, well organized pet store with generally higher nutritional food brands than what is found in local grocery and ranch supply stores. This Northwest Pet Store has an excellent DIY dog wash - well sanitized and worth it's $18 charge. This store should meet the need of most pet owners desiring above average health food options. However, for those who rotationally feed their pets high end options they may still want to supplement their shopping online or at independent specialty pet food stores.
My wife and I were shopping in the Eagle store for items for a new puppy. We have been customers for several years and have enjoyed the quality of products and service we have always received. I wanted to give Gracie a "shout out" and thanks in particular for spending time with us and sharing advice wherever she could. She was very helpful!
This place is great for dogs that don’t do well at a groomer. They have EVERYTHING you need. Great customer service!
