With the passing of my father, this company has done nothing but cause my mother more grief. My mother has left NUMEROUS messages as have I to try and get questions answered and to receive my dads death benefits and nobody has returned any of our phone calls. And in fact, during this time they sent my dad a bill!!! We have been trying for 2 weeks just to get someone to return a phone call. Absolutely ridiculous!!! If you are going to depend on your payment to cover funeral cost, go with another company.
Excellent company for life insurance.
