When we decided to buy a house, we went to the Northwest Passage because we have friends that live there so that is when we met with Marissa Gonzalez, we already know the plan(Redrock) we wanted but at that time they stopped building the Redrock but she tried to offer us different similar plans and even directed us to different DR Horton community around, her customer service was great, so my wife and I decided just to give up on buying a house this year. The DR Horton team made the entire process smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. Jeremiah, Shailey, and Marco were all incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and a joy to work with. We met Jeremiah during closing, and he’s been so helpful ever since—always quick to answer questions and ready to assist with anything we need. We’re truly grateful for his support and would highly recommend the team to anyone looking to buy a new home!
Very poor service from the city manager and Ruth Nuñez, for reasons not my fault. I canceled the house with D.R. Horton and they did not refund me $4,000. It's a rip-off! Take my experience into consideration, without forgetting that before canceling the house, they had already put it up for sale.
