AVOID BUYING A DR HORTON HOME. PLEASE READ BRANDON WARD'S REVIEW. I’m not sure if everyone else leaving reviews was assigned a different builder and warranty rep, but I’m experiencing many of the same issues as Brandon. Don’t be fooled by DR Horton’s special interest rates or the “free add-ons” they throw into every home, like the water softener or RO system. If I could give this 5 - star review, 10 stars I certainly would. The exceptional service we received from start to finish with the D.R. Horton team at Northwest Passage was nothing short of top notch. They made each step of the process incredibly easy and the communication was great. Shailey, Jeremiah and Marco made the entire process effortless and fun. If you’re looking to purchase a new home in Midland, consider joining the DR Horton family at Northwest passage; they’re the best. Again thank you all for all you did!!
