I Ordered a pair of snow pants and got thw wrong size, I wanted to exchange the pair for a much more expensive pair in the right size. I called spoke to Greg, he was rude. Not his issue. .i had to pay 25 bucks to ship it back myself (which states online free returns when I ordered) ....they ended up loosing a customer. Greg was short, didnt care to hear what happened, cut me off. Poorest customer service Ive recieved.
