I had impacted earwax and he took it out with a metal instrument even though I expressed pain. Later on my ear was bleeding. I couldn’t believe it. I called the office manager, and she said that’s normal. It’s not normal to me. I’ve gone to other ENT’s and they soften the earwax with peroxide. I bled for about 14 hours after the fact, and I will certainly not go there again.
I will say this doctor is great very to the point to help not about feelings which to me is perfect.with that said my surgery that he did went perfectly he took great care of me. Don’t need a hand holder but someone that will do what is needed to help
Dr Hanson is an excellent physician. I was under his care for a little while and the quality of his treatment was at the highest level.
