I have been coming to Kyle Swenson for a couple years now and every time I see him, I am in awe of his knowledge, grateful for his kindness and never ending help! He spends more time and gives me more information and HOPE than any Dr ever has. After what I thought was a devastating diagnosis, he helped me see there was help, hope and a future. With Kyle, you will be well taken care of.

The worst customer service! Three weeks and two “lost” orders for my daughters sleeve for her prosthetic leg, not to mention multiple unanswered phone calls with no return call. After three wasted weeks we were told it would be another 4 weeks before the sleeve could be delivered. We called Hanger and within 24 hours the sleeve was ordered and on the way. Don’t waste your time with NWOP.
Have worked with Northwest for many years. Have sent lots of clients to them and had excellent results each time. They are friendly and professional at every instance. I highly recommend them if you need this type of service, they are real pros!
Kyle & the staff were so personable, knowledgable, and helpful! I felt truly listened to and cared for.
