The worst customer service! Three weeks and two “lost” orders for my daughters sleeve for her prosthetic leg, not to mention multiple unanswered phone calls with no return call. After three wasted weeks we were told it would be another 4 weeks before the sleeve could be delivered. We called Hanger and within 24 hours the sleeve was ordered and on the way. Don’t waste your time with NWOP.
Have worked with Northwest for many years. Have sent lots of clients to them and had excellent results each time. They are friendly and professional at every instance. I highly recommend them if you need this type of service, they are real pros!

Fantastic! Hands down I will come here for any future needs. My daughter walks pronated and I had concerns and questions. Northwest Orthotics let us come in and ask all of my questions, as a service! Kyle was knowledgeable, easy going, helpful. The office is nice and comfortable. I really appreciate that we could come in and we were treated like friends.
We love Northwest Orthotics! Dave worked with my son for his helmet, and then for another child for his AFO leg braces. He was responsive and kind, and patient with my energetic and wiggly boys. He always responded patiently to my endless texts as I anxiously texted him about issues with my son's helmet, and fit us in the schedule whenever needed. They worked through our insurance getting things wrong, which saved us the hassle of filing appeals and complaints. Highly recommend these professionals at Northwest!
