We are located on Mountain View Blvd. close to Reems Rd. and Grand Ave. Our office is open M-W-F from 7am to 6pm and Tu-Th from 7am to noon. We accept most insurances including Medicare, Aetna, BCBS, and UHC. We would love to meet you and help you with your recovery or rehab needs.

Each visit the physical therapist reassesses you, discusses issues, treats and provides guidance. I feel the quality of care is excellent and will return for treatment after my total knee replacement.
