Really like Dr. Anthony Sestero.! Staff is usually very nice And helpful... however... Today was a young long-haired girl Which really needs to be retrained as far as her customer service skills. No eye contact. Looked at her computer the entire time she talked to you. Could not answer questions. Was not friendly. I was asked to fill out a very long form before my appointment and was not informed ahead of time. She make the whole process very comfortable. Someone needs to speak with her.

The worst experience, wish there were negative stars. Dr Anderson was very arrogant, dismissive, didn’t listen and kept interrupting me. Pretty much told me that I’m old and to suck it up and then proceeded to say well if it hurts when you work then don’t work. Like who says that? Did not offer any solution or any recommendation to recovery. Waisted my time and now I have to pay hundreds of dollars for this horrible appt. Even if I need surgery I would never let him touch me.

The surgeon prescribed too little pain medication after major surgery (20 count, low dose) and refused to refill it. I was told this was due to Northwest Orthopedics’ “protocol”. I am troubled. This was major surgery, and severe pain impedes healing. I prefer doctors who address individual needs rather than generalizing like this. I can only assume they don’t care.

i’m not sure if it was because i’m an L&I case or if it’s because i’m a mixed asian woman but i’ve never been so dismissed and talked down upon by a doctor in my entire life until i saw dr sestero for a second opinion on my wrist. he literally said he doesn’t care how logistically the injury happened because the images (that were taken about 6mo ago at this point) showed no significance and that “everyone is is pain sometimes”. when my friend in the room asked what i can do to improve it so i can work without this excruciati... read more
