My experience with their staff has been exceptional. Calling in however is awful. I needed to let them know I had a conflict at work and would need to be about 15 minutes late or reschedule. No one answered. Only option was to leave a message. Two days later I get a call back. This is not the first time I've had a bad experience trying to get a hold of them. Edit: Had another potential work conflict. Requested an appointment change a day in advance. No response. Medical staff: A+ Phone/Admin support: D Automated System: F
Fantastic experience with Dr. Brett Mulawka and Northwest Orthopaedic Specialists. Dr. Mulawka did an incredible job with my total knee replacement on my left knee. My recovery was much faster than I was told to expect. And the pain was less than what others who had knee replacements warned me about. Dr Patyrda has to be one of the most compassionate and skilled orthopedic surgeon I have ever had. After 3 back surgeries and a stereo-clavicular reconstruction I have met a few. Dr Patyrda and he’s team are the very best you will find. He’s done one knee replacement on me and will be doing the other as soon as my right has been rehabbed.
I saw Dr. Horn as a new patient to follow up on a nerve test I had that showed carpel tunnel syndrome. He explained why he didn't think it was that. I asked what it could be and he said it could be from another condition that I have. When I asked him how that could be causing my symptoms he started to tell me to calm down and said I was yelling at him and interrupting him. He kept telling me to calm down and even said if I didn't believe him, I could have the treatment for carpel tunnel and see if it helped. I was so confuse... read more
I received a carpal tunnel surgery from Dr. horn almost 3 years ago and it was a great experience. But recently I’ve been experiencing numbness in my hand again and wanted to get it checked out. I scheduled my apt a month out and when I went to my apt, turns out i missed it and there was nothing they could do for me besides have me call to schedule another apt.
