Front office was rude, short and sent us to the wrong office
My experience with their staff has been exceptional. Calling in however is awful. I needed to let them know I had a conflict at work and would need to be about 15 minutes late or reschedule. No one answered. Only option was to leave a message. Two days later I get a call back. This is not the first time I've had a bad experience trying to get a hold of them. Fantastic experience with Dr. Brett Mulawka and Northwest Orthopaedic Specialists. Dr. Mulawka did an incredible job with my total knee replacement on my left knee. My recovery was much faster than I was told to expect. And the pain was less than what others who had knee replacements warned me about. Dr Patyrda has to be one of the most compassionate and skilled orthopedic surgeon I have ever had. After 3 back surgeries and a stereo-clavicular reconstruction I have met a few. Dr Patyrda and he’s team are the very best you will find. He’s done one knee replacement on me and will be doing the other as soon as my right has been rehabbed.
