Todd Ostlie is an absolute joke. Dismissed and told me my MRI look perfect and he had no explanation as to why my knee hurt and maybe I should try PT and an anti inflammatory, which if he would have taken two seconds to even read anything he would have seen I’ve done both. Waste of time and no explanation as to what is causing my knee pain and why it frequently feels like it’s going to give out.
I have been going here for a while. I have had great service, always, and in the last year that has changed. I called to make an appointment today as we are going to be walking a lot during an upcoming trip to New York city. I have bone on bone in my right knee and I've had many injections in this office. We've had a lot of medical bills this year, and we make a payment of $150 per week, and we just recently paid off everything! This is just BS! after a year I get a email and says I owe a co pay. $$$$$$$$ and just get it and they want it. This is the worst place, in accounting get your crap together, all I can say. they can take up to one year to do this, dam poor business practice.
We felt very dismissed by Dr Smilden. She did not care about our concerns. We asked for further tests and she denied. We were rushed and pushed out the door.
He is wonderful. Has worked on both my shoulders. NW Orthopedic also relocated my husband's shoulder and did his hip surgery. They're amazing and feel very confident with the entire staff
