I needed to get my permanent retainer removed and replaced for a root canal procedure. Even though it’s been 2.5 years since I’ve completed my treatment, they worked with me like I was still regular patient. I love the results of the work they did on my teeth years ago and I’m thankful they still support their past patients. I’ll always recommend folks come here for orthodontic work!

Before choosing NWO for treatment, I consulted several orthodontists in the area, but none seemed as knowledgeable or more importantly, more caring, as the team here with Drs. Trieu, O’Sullivan and Gray. Not only did they provide expert care, but after receiving treatment for almost two years, everyone from the front desk to the assistants (shout out to Lindsay, Mabely, Mariela and Alaina) feels like a friend, and of course, my smile looks fabulous. I highly recommend this office! My twins feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. Every step was explained and their comfort was taken into great consideration. Every single team member was so kind and answered every question thoroughly. It made my mommy heart so happy that they aren’t afraid to go, and actually look forward to it!
