Lack of communication is the basis of 1 star. I waited over an hour with no check-in from the front desk in Acworth for my consultation. At no point during the consultation, was there a mention of a consult charge. I had my consul done in January 2019 and have been waiting on follow-up from the office with a proposed treatment plan and associated estimated cost.
