Dr. Rosenthal was amazing at my consult in Oct, I was really looking forward to working with him. I scheduled surgery for Dec 27. The office staff on the other hand- IS AWFUL. they gave me an estimate of $9231 (which seemed high- since I had already met me deductible and Out of pocket). when I called my insurance to see why this wasn't covered- I was told it should be at 100% (because of the deductible/out of pocket being met) I called and relay this info back to the office staff. When I had my wisdom teeth extracted, I was more than a bit apprehensive! Especially given the fact that I was going to be awake, the entire time. Dr. Rosenthal and His Assistant Juana did everything possible to put my mind at ease and make me comfortable. The discomfort throughout the procedure was kept to a minimum, which was a relief. There aren’t enough superlatives to describe the care that was taken, to make this such a positive experience. Kudos! I look forward to my next visit.
