I saw Dr. Steven Kanter yesterday at the Elk Grove Village location. It was a follow up appointment and I had seen Dr. Kanter before. It was a great experience! First of all I was running late. When I arrived at the office and was being led to an exam room, the first step was to be weighed. I didn't see a chair nearby to put my coat and backpack on so I just put everything on the floor. I’m seeing that a few others that had a problem with Dr. Xu. Not the best Dr.
Dr. Xu and staff were excellent. Great bed side manners, very friendly, thorough and intelligent. She made sure all of my questions and concerns were addressed, given how busy they must be.
