I had a tooth extraction and I was really scared. But the front desk staff gave me a bottle of water and assured me that everything was going to be fine. The two doctor's assistants were very kind to explain the whole procedure to me, as was the doctor. It was really a very fast process and almost nothing painful. I loved it and I recommend it and thank you very much ♥️✨
Dr. Heggland AND his staff are awesome! Superlative care - kind, very knowledgeable, with a timely followup initiated by Dr. Heggland himself. I've had 2 extractions, both quick and painless. I would enthusiastically recommend Dr. Heggland to anyone needing special dental attention!
I had a very positive experience at Northwest OMS. Dr. Heggland and everyone on his team were professional and friendly. The Doctor took the time to explain what he was doing and why with each step in the process (except for when I was sedated!). That put me very much at ease. I had three wisdom teeth extracted and by the next day I felt great, just a bit of swelling. I would have no reservations about going to Northwest OMS again or referring them to friends and family.

Dr Heggland and his staff were welcoming and helful. I went in for a consultation and he took the time to listen carefully to my concerns and gave me an explanation and what to expect regarding my situation. Because there weren’t any good treatment options, he didn’t charge me for his time. Thank you for your honest opinion!
