Great patient/doctor/staff interactions. All questions were answered before procedures and after care was excellent. I felt very well cared for.
I was probably the hardest most complicated patient Dr. Hegland has seen for awhile. I just had implant surgery with a different dentist office and had severe pain that would not go away, come to find out i also was dealing with an absess at the same time i was recovering from surgery. they treated me only like a number and had no care in the world for patient satisfaction or patient comfort, it was only a business transaction hence why I wont leave a good review for clear choice. Professional and very kind staff!
I had a tooth extraction and I was really scared. But the front desk staff gave me a bottle of water and assured me that everything was going to be fine. The two doctor's assistants were very kind to explain the whole procedure to me, as was the doctor. It was really a very fast process and almost nothing painful. I loved it and I recommend it and thank you very much ♥️✨
Dr. Heggland AND his staff are awesome! Superlative care - kind, very knowledgeable, with a timely followup initiated by Dr. Heggland himself. I've had 2 extractions, both quick and painless. I would enthusiastically recommend Dr. Heggland to anyone needing special dental attention!
