Update (6/2/20) – I am pleased to report that the below incident has been addressed, and by the OWNER no less! I was very pleased with her quick response and willingness to resolve my situation. She is one of the doctors and was willing to alter her own schedule to ensure my convenience due to my (still) being unwilling to go to this location due to the receptionist (or whatever her position is correctly called).
