Updated : cherry on top they hit me with $50 no show fee, the audacity of this practice is appalling. Zero stars if it were an option. I was turned away for being 3 minutes late, THREE minutes, as if the universe is obligated to deliver me to their door on a perfectly calibrated schedule. And here's the kicker: when I did get there, the front desk told me the doctor was already with another patient. So... was I double-booked? Dr. Jaina Lindauer and team were extremely kind and welcoming during my new patient visit. Dr. Lindauer went above and beyond to answer any questions I had in detail without guiding personal decisions one way or the other. The whole team made me feel comfortable throughout my appointment. Establishing a new network of Doctors is always tricky, but I am grateful to have found this office. Thank you to all!
I wish I could give 10000 negatives stars . Came to this practice for fertility help to achieve having a family .sadly kelli miller gaslighted me with a plan. My husband got set up with a semen analysis with a urologist . Did that sent his test results. Got a call back saying to reach back out to his urologist we did , the urologist said nothing more and said we were good to move forward and well that was back in December of 2025 . I love my doctor. I just wish they would allow more time for each appointment so they don't end up running late. I arrive for my appointments on time. Sitting in a freezing cold exam room half naked for half an hour waiting for my doctor is a bit frustrating.
I have been a loyal patient at this practice for over four years, but I was recently dropped as a client due to their rigid and poorly communicated cancellation policy. While I understand the need for professional boundaries, the lack of flexibility and transparency here is deeply disappointing. Over the course of 48 months, I had a total of five scheduling incidents two of which were due to illness including COVID and three where I called hours in advance to cancel.
