When you've been in pain for 10 years because of levator ani syndrome and you've been tossed around from physician to physician and then get referred to a doc that can help with the pain but you have to wait 9 months just to talk to someone? Completely inappropriate and not providing quality or even valued healthcare. This condition is literally ruining everything about me and my life. It's nice to see that nobody else values it either. this office does not treat people with respect. telehealth calls are dropped from mychart with no notification and no timely reschedule. this was a preop call so very important! calls are ignored. these people need to learn respect and dignity of patient care
was a new patient waited an hour to not be seen, told the front desk I needed to be gone before 2 because I needed to pick up my daughter! I also reported to my insurance and they are investigating them. when I left the dr was on Amazon
