I contracted this company to remove a raccoon family from a tree in my yard. While they never trapped the raccoons outright, they did cover the holes in the tree with wire mesh and prevented them from returning. Yes their contract is a bit strict, but it is more from the point of the animal welfare which I'm cool with. Would use again.

AVOID this company if you value your time and money. $700 and 2 months later, and my squirrel problem is exactly the same as it was when they started. I could write a whole essay about exactly what happened play by play and why it’s so frustrating, but I’ve already lost so many hours to them, and I can’t bring myself to waste any more time. A tip: if they reassure you that their methods are reliable and work well, just know that’s NOT TRUE for everyone, and they’ll do absolutely nothing to help you after you’ve already sent ... read more

Spent over a thousand dollars with this company. They did a bait and switch on us. When we called for a quote for our raccoon problem they told us they would do an inspection for $175 plus tax and if we decide to get traps ($350 plus tax) they would refund us the inspection cost. After I asked for the refund the manager Rick said that we misunderstood and that we would have get the traps done the same day as the inspection which we were not told it had to be on the SAME day! He kept saying we misunderstood but there was no m... read more

We called Northwest Nuisance to trap a family of raccoons that have taken up residence in a tree in the yard of our rental house. Among other charges (which I was aware of when I signed the contract), there is a $500 (yes—FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS) “tampering fee”, which was triggered when the neighbors released a raccoon that had been caught in the trap. So, almost $1,000 later, I’d like others to beware.

I hired Northwest Nuisance Wildlife Control to remove raccoons from my property. After spending over $600 dollars with them, I learned there is no basic customer right with this company. The company will ask for your credit card upfront and charge it however they like. The company comes in and out of your property without notice, remove traps without customer consent, and try to refer to the contract with zero customer service (even for things not covered in the contract). Initially, the company sold the service as keep the ... read more
