I see PA Kelsey and love love love her. The care she gives is amazing. She’s incredibly kind, very responsive and works hard to take care of her patients. I’ve seen other neurologists in the past at northwestern but didn’t have such great care. Thank you Kelsey and office for being so responsive and understanding while I navigate through migraine treatments.
This was the worst overall medical experience I have ever had in 60 years. If I only had to deal with the doctor, everything would be fine. Unfortunately EVERYONE else is absolutely miserable to deal with, with the exception of one woman, Laura I believe. The women who you have to deal with on the phone and at reception are awful. Rude woman at front desk. If you require documents, it would be nice to know ahead of time
Our Doctor is always really nice but "Shane" from the front desk was absolutely the most rude person I've ever spoken too. Condescending attitude, disrespectful, disregarded my concerns, and gave conflicting information. As someone who works in customer service, this person has no emotional intelligence. Your supposed to work with the customer on issues not give attitude and act rude. You guys should seriously consider a new person to answer the calls at the front desk cause that was unbelievable
Love my nurses. Laura and Ann are the best!
